The Philippines has over 7,000 Islands so you will never run out of places to visit even if you are here for an extendent stay, if you hate crowds and pricey sites, you can also skip the popular tourist attractions and explore any of the over 60 provinces, compare there food, traditions and crafts on your own. Only then will you appreciate the diversity in colour, sound and flavour that is unique to the Philippines.
I have travelled beyond popular tourist destinations, I like to experience the old laid back culture, visiting nice provinces in Luzon away from the rat race of the cities. If I wanted to spend time in a city I would of stayed home and not traveled.
Having the bug and opportunities of traveling from an early age, I mostly enjoy the simple laid back life away from pollution, fast cars to seeing carabaos and foot power, the Philippines has so much to offer, so many nice welcoming people, foods galore, karaokes nearly every night and drinking the local tuba wine. Obviously I always tell someone were I go, visiting, exploring places that are nice, we are only as young as we feel enjoy life to the fullest and experience what other cultures have to offer Filipino people and there culture have opend my eyes that’s what has made me a better person and more appreciative of things I have in life.
